If your trip was registered with UC’s Travel Insurance Program, you should have received an email from WorldcueTraveler@ijet.com with emergency contact information. 

For assistance with medical referral, evacuation, repatriation, or other emergency services unrelated to specific travel reservations, call:

This information should be the same information found on the left side of the insurance card you received in the email.

The plan number and policy number will also be on the insurance card.

The U.S. Department of State website has information to assist with crisis situations, lost/stolen passports, financial needs, victims of crime and medical emergencies.

Note: The contact information above is not for travelers who need to make changes to their travel reservations, even in an emergency, unless actual extraction is needed.

Please contact the Connexxus agency that your original travel was booked through if you have urgent issues requiring changes to those travel reservations.
