TSA PreCheck On-Campus Interviews March 11-15
TSA PreCheck is back, due to popular request. From March 11-15 the Accounts Payable & Travel Office is hosting a full week of interview appointments to complete the TSA PreCheck enrollment process. Be sure to complete the online enrollment application and schedule an appointment as soon as possible if you want to take advantage of the campus location for your interview.
What is TSA PreCheck?
TSA PreCheck saves you time and hassle with access to expedited security screening lanes at participating US airports, and you don't need to remove shoes, laptops, liquids, belts and light jackets.
Who can apply?
UC Berkeley faculty, staff, students and their families who are US citizens or permanent residents. Each applicant must have their own appointment and attend the appointment in person.
How to sign up:
Visit the TSA PreCheck event page on the travel website to read detailed instructions on how to apply. Don't delay though, as we expect the appointments to fill up fast.
- Interview Dates: Monday, March 11 - Friday, March 15
- Appointment Times: 9:00am - 5:00pm daily (no appointments between 12:00-1:00 - allow 15 minutes per appointment).
- Location: Warren Hall, 2195 Hearst Ave. Check the event webpage for room details.
- Cost: A $85 non-refundable fee covers 5 years of enrollment; this is a personal expense not reimbursable by the university. Payment is made by credit card or electronic check. Eligible credit card holders may receive credit for the application fee.

Travel Info Session April 17
The Accounts Payable and Travel office will be holding an informational session and Q&A on Wednesday, April 17th, from 11:30-12:30 in Warren Hall, 2195 Hearst Ave., room 110. We'll be talking about the many benefits of booking business travel using the Connexxus and Direct Bill systems and will be more than happy to answer any questions about the systems and processes for making travel arrangements and requesting reimbursement. Staff from the UCOP Central Travel office will be on hand as well. But no need to wait! Connexxus 10 year Anniversary! - Take a Survey and enter a raffle to win United Airlines tickets
After 10 successful years, the Connexxus travel program and portal continue to expand and deliver value added travel services and discounts across the entire UC system. To ensure the program continues to improve and meet the needs of the campus community, the UCOP Central Travel Management office would like your feedback in order to assess the program as a whole.
Please complete this brief survey by February 22nd, 2019. In appreciation of your time, respondents can enter a a raffle with a Grand Prize of TWO (2) United Airlines domestic economy tickets. Other prizes are FIFTEEN (15) Southwest Airlines "A-list" status upgrades, THREE (3) Alaska Airlines first class upgrade certificates and ONE (1) Marriott Platinum status upgrade. Only UC faculty, staff and students with a valid campus email are eligible to enter the raffle.
