Air, car, and/or hotel reservations require agent assistance.
The additional fee is for agent assistance for a reservation that was originally made online.
The online booking fee of $10 will still apply and will not be voided.
Agent Assistance

Hotel and/or Car Only with No Airfare
Service fee: $15

The original service fee will still apply and will not be voided.
Change Airfare
Service fee: $32
The additional fee is for agent assistance for a ticket that was originally made with an agent.
The first agent fee of $32 will still apply and will not be voided.
Ticket Refund
No service fee for ticket refunds for exceptions and/or special handling.
There is a $30 service fee if an agent intervention and airline exception waiver is required.
Direct Bill with Hotels
Service fee: $15

The service fee is $15 for new reservations and changes to existing reservations.
Other Services
After Working Hours 24/7 Support
The service fee is $30 for emergency or non-emergency support.
This fee may be in addition to the Online and Agent Assistance service fees.

There is a non-refundable service fee of $15 for a quote-only request.
