Book Travel for a Student Group or Athletic Program

• Log in to ConnexUC
• STA Travel Services specializes in group travel
• For team travel, arrangements are made through Anthony Travel
• Contact information is under the 'Customized Programs' section

Use a Preferred Search Engine (Expedia, Kayak, United.com, etc.) and Still Get UC Rates

• Log in to ConnexUC
• Use Short’s Travel agency’s 'Find It' plug‐in
• Please refer to the 'Book Online Now' menu for more information
• Once set up, there will be no need to log in to ConnexUC, but you do need a berkeley.edu email address
• A credit card is required
• Travel will be covered under UC Travel Insurance

Use Southwest Wanna Get Away Web Fares or Bonus Reward Points

• Log in to ConnexUC
• Click the 'SWABIZ' link to go to the Southwest website
• All Southwest fares will reflect available UC discounts and rewards benefits
• A credit card is required
• You will need to register for UC Travel Insurance

Book a Flight

• Make reservations through BCD Travel (using Concur) or UC Travel Center (using NuTravel)
• Book online or contact an agent by telephone
• Both agencies accept a Direct Bill ID if charging the airfare directly to the university (including Southwest) or pay with a personal credit card or a Corporate Travel Card
• You will automatically be registered for UC Travel Insurance
